Florals in Peru

Houses right on the cliff, which is decorated by the beautiful flowers of Lima – a well known picture, especially if you’ve ever googled “Lima”. What’s wonderful about that, is that it’s fairly easily accessible for a regular person, and you don’t have to fly a helicopter to get that same view of the skyline, like many other pictures of other skylines :) The red flowers are strikingly beautiful and I went with my floral jacket to complement that. - Read More

Coachella Desert Oasis

Swimmie by BCBGeneration, Hat by C by Vitamin A, Sunnies from Threadsence As weekend 2 Coachella goers gear up for their music fest weekend, I am still totally day dreaming of last in the desert! Wonder what to do before hitting the various partys and then the festival grounds? You guessed right, we hit the pool at our hotel for some much needed R and R. I love mornings in Palm Springs, its not too hot to lay in the sun yet and it seems so peaceful, hard to think that the biggest Music Festival is going on just half... - Read More

Sweaters and Lace

Snapped these while romping around DUMBO, before yesterday's flight to Miami! It's really crazy how the weather has been shifting in the city. Cold one day (it was snowing - snowing in April, people!), then hot the next, means one thing to me; learn to layer effectively. My modus operandi when dressing for these seasonally confusing moments, is to skip out of my apartment in things like oversized sweaters and little lace numbers, leather jackets and denim cut-off's, or just a basic t-shirt and some boyfriend jeans. I don't understand what mother nature is intending, but I don't know how... - Read More

COMFY IN PASTELS

Top: Target / Pants: Tori Praver / Bag: Target / Shoes: Adam Tucker / Jewelry: Nashelle Designs / Sunglasses: Bebe With Coachella still fresh on my mind, all I've been wanting to wear is comfy and cozy outfits. Since spring is officially kicking in, I thought I'd ditch my greys and blacks this week and embrace pastels instead. For this outfit, I thought a little color blocking would be fun so I paired my pastel pink tank top with this really cute baby blue cross body bag.  Find your style at @Targetstyle This post was brought to you by Target http://www.tag-board.com - Read More

3 Casual Spring Looks

The Off White Jersey has custom embroidery located on the front, the back and the sleeve. The embroidery on the front includes the Profound name and a red flag that adds a pop of color to the garment. The sleeve incorporates the staple Profound bear in a black triangle, and in classic baseball fashion the numbers 08 embroidered on the back. A classic white woven label is attached to the bottom right of the top. Made up of high quality cotton, the off white jersey is inspired by individuals who are not afraid to step up to the plate. - Read More

How to Wear a White Outfit

I have been drawn towards classic pieces lately, white being one of the big eye catchers for me. I liked the texture of this white transparent top because it creates a little dimension to the basic white on white outfit. - Read More

Testing the Limit Between Masculin and Feminine

I've always been an admirer of masculine style, especially when it comes to women who adopt it. I like to mix masculine and feminine and find the perfect balance between them. We, women have this unique opportunity to be able to wear men's clothes and it will be insane not to take advantage of it. That's how I usually dress on my daily basis. The best detail for such a minimalistic outfit is definitely a good pair of shoes and in this case also a bag. The small details which totally change the whole aesthetics of the look and give a unique twist to the whole ensemble. - Read More

Earrings: Lulu Frost, Necklace: c/o Shop Jami, Shirt: Gap; Watch: Fossil, Jeans: J Brand, Pumps: Shoe Dazzle, Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim After a big closet clean out and switch to spring, paring down to basics just felt right. Sometimes it’s the simplest pieces I have the most trouble finding that fit my specifications, like a plain-as-day white button down. This one is Gap’s Shrunken Boyfriend fit and it’s okay, don’t get me wrong, but what I really want is a silky one that isn’t see through. Is that too much to ask? But it did turn out to be the perfect... - Read More
